Cannagirl Smoke – Bespoke Retail Fit-Out
Project Duration: 1.5 Months
A complete turnkey retail fit-out, designed and built entirely by our team. From custom ceilings, feature walls, and bespoke joinery to handcrafted counters, booth seating, planter boxes, archways, and premium finishes, every detail was tailored to create a unique, high-end retail space.
High-End Commercial Factory Fit-Out
Project Duration: 4–5 Months
A complete turnkey commercial construction and fit-out for a leading international client. The project included reinforced concrete structures, new office spaces, aluminium glazing, suspended ceilings, flooring, a full electrical installation and power upgrade, together with premium interior finishes to deliver a modern, fully operational commercial facility.
Decorex 2026 – Exhibition Stand Build
Project Duration: 2.5 Days
It was a privilege to contribute to one of Africa’s leading design exhibitions, Decorex 2026. Working alongside Styleast for their stand, our team completed the full assembly of their premium exhibition stand, including the electrical installation and final fit-out. Built from Styleast’s design and supplied materials, the result was a high-quality, visually striking stand delivered on time and ready for exhibit.
Smollan Group – Commercial Office Fit-Out
Project Duration: 3.5 Months
A complete high-end commercial office refurbishment and turnkey fit-out for Smollan Group. Working alongside the client’s architects and interior design team, we transformed the existing space through selective demolition, bespoke construction, new office layouts, electrical and plumbing installations, aluminium glazing, fire doors, flooring, carpeting, painting, and premium interior finishes. The result was a modern, functional workspace tailored to support the client’s expanding operations.
Fynbos Estate – Residential Development
Project Duration: 11 Months
Complete electrical installation for a 15-unit residential development in Noordhoek, Cape Town. Our scope included the full electrical fit-out from the ground up, estate-wide electrical reticulation, and the installation of solar-ready hot water systems for every home. Each unit was fitted with a converted solar geyser and dual solar collector panels, providing an efficient, sustainable hot water solution for the development.
Clifton – Bespoke Residential Solar Installation
Project Duration: 2 Weeks
A bespoke solar and battery backup solution designed and installed for a luxury Clifton residence. The system comprised a 50kW GoodWe inverter, 56kWh of battery storage, and 45 × 600W solar panels, delivering reliable backup power, exceptional energy efficiency, and long-term energy savings. Our team completed the full supply, installation, commissioning, and system integration, ensuring a seamless, high-performance energy solution tailored to the client’s requirements.
